Instructions to get replacement copy of Flying Dutchmen DVD

We at Denon are aware that many of our customers who have recently purchased the "Flying Dutchman" DVD by Andre Rieu (COZ 17571) are having significant problems viewing the english subtitles on the DVD. We have resolved this issue on our latest production of the DVD. If you would like a replacement copy of this DVD at no further cost to you, please follow the instructions below, DO NOT return the DVD to the retailer from which you purchased the DVD or to Denon Records.

Instead, simply remove the printed artwork (known as a "DVD Wrap") from the DVD case by opening the case so it lies flat, then turn it over so both the front and back of the DVD case are facing up. Then remove the DVD Wrap from under the clear plastic cover.

At this point you will see the DVD UPC barcode on the lower left side of the wrap (the UPC is a white box with the UPC bar code, the number 7 95041 75719 7 and the selection number COZ 17571). Please cut this UPC barcode out of the artwork as proof of purchase, and send it along with your name, mailing address and email address to:

Denon Classics - Andre Rieu DVD Exchange
1223 Wilshire Blvd.
P.O. Box 494
Santa Monica, CA 90403-5400

We will then send you a replacement copy of "Flying Dutchman" with viewable subtitles.Instructions for how to get a replacement copy of the DVD can also be found by calling this phone number:
706 342 7694.

Please note this exchange is only for the Denon DVD COZ 17571 and does not apply to DVD's that may have been acquired from your local PBS station.

We at Denon sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We thank you for you patience and understanding. The Denon Classics Team
